The long-awaited documentary Brooklyn Rocksteady has been released. The film started in 2011 with a Kickstarter raising $3,000 for production. It explores the past 30 years of the ska and rocksteady scene of New York City area. The film includes interviews with members of the Toasters, the Slackers, and the Pietasters among others. You can stream it for free on Vimeo or YouTube or download it as a Pay-What-You-Want from the website.
